1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over €30.
For orders below €30, standard shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All prices shown on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Returned items must be in their original condition and meet all applicable return requirements.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

10. Are Prozyentia products covered by warranty?

Yes. All eligible products include a 30-day quality assurance warranty covering manufacturing defects and issues identified upon delivery.
