1. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from Prozyentia include a 30-day quality assurance warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or production defects
  • Loose stitching, seam issues, or construction defects
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, clasps, or closures
  • Material defects present upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
  • Damage that occurred during shipping

If your issue falls within these categories, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or care
  • Shrinking, fading, stretching, or fabric pilling over time
  • Stains caused by cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals, or other substances
  • Accidental damage, including tears, burns, or pulled threads
  • Damage resulting from misuse, modifications, or mishandling
  • Items returned with strong odors such as smoke, perfume, or chemicals
  • Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items where applicable

These situations are not classified as product defects and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered:

  • Free replacement (same item, size, and color, subject to availability)
  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

Any shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be covered by Prozyentia.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
